Cave dweller in 20th century India!!!
In Badami, India, I'd just seen the ancient 7th century caves, each of its entrances sculpted with security guards on either side. Then climbing up on the other side, and walking along the edge of a narrow path, I saw this child quite suddenly. Surprised at first, and then amused, I couldn't resist taking this pix - a boy in shorts and shirt, standing on the threshold of his home, which, actually was an old cave but white-washed on the outside! |
