"artpaws" ands his wife are, at long last, expanding their very modest home (the one I went to high school from).
Ah, the perils of local planning regs! On the "table" here are two plans, the lower one being the preferred one.
at the moment they have a preliminary "go" for the preferred one, but they are still checking out builders re whetehr they can afford it! wish them luck! It's been a long time coming, "artpaws" is 6'3" and he has been "crammed" into this small (but very nice) 50's ranch house since 1973!
As a musician and painter (and his wife is also an artist and a packrat too!) they really need more room!
