this is a fraction of the ceiling of the Cathedrale Marie Reine du Monde (if my memory serves me correctly), in Montreal, Quebec. I felt too shy to use the flash on my camera inside the many cathedrales, basilicas, plain churches etc. They all had very powerful atmospheres, and I didn't want to be disrespectful to all the people praying deeply. |
