News today of Hurricane Dennis strengthening and coming directly towards my husband's family members is not good!! We have my Brother in law's family in Mobile and my Mother and Father In Law on the FL/AL line that refused to evacuate and think they are going to be fine. Please say an extra prayer that they are. It will be a long day of worrying here. Winds at the moment are being reported as high as 145 MPH!! It's a Catagory Four Hurricane...strongest ever in the month of July!! Worse than Ivan...which the results of Ivan are posted here: http://t4tots.smugmug.com/gallery/225903

It is 58 miles from Pensacola Beach as I type. I also don't know how this is going to affect the wedding planned in 2 weeks at Fort Walton Beach. I expect to be calling them as soon as the storm has passed. I am hoping we don't lose power long, but it's highly possible. This just doesn't look good at all and is very stressful especially for my husband whose family is in harms way and very disappointing for all our family plans for the next two weeks at the beach.

I expect we will have wind damage, flooding and power outages here. So if I am not online. Chris will most likely head south as soon as it passes and we are ok, to help his family.
