It is "COLD" this morning in the mountains of W.V. -7F degrees windchill -30
A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 12 PM EST Tuesday.
Arctic air... moving across the Ohio Valley through Tuesday... will
combine with brisk winds to produce wind chills of 10 below to 20
below zero.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear layers of
clothing along with a hat and gloves. |
