Summary: Job focuses on shooting and editing all forms of productions in HD and Digibeta for the department.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Status: Project, Production Editor

Exempt: Exempt
Reports To: Vice President and General Manager and department Directors by providing superior administrative support and overseeing department office logistics while excelling in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
• Post Production:
o Edit and produce long and short format sizzle reels, trailers and behind the scene documentaries on time and on budget.
o Initiate and create concepts for post production including graphics
o Write scripts and select sound bites
o Research, collect, log and digitize all assets for edit.
o Output all productions in all formats requested
o Maintain record of briefs, scripts, logs and cue sheets.
• Tape library and Database:
o Down convert HD field tapes to Digibeta
o Input, log and label all incoming media into the database
o Fulfill all dub requests from our library
o Maintain and update keyword search strategy for database
• Field production:
o Shoot behind the scenes B-roll, Interviews as a one man band responsible for lighting and sound.
o Design unique shooting styles and lighting schemes.
o Order and maintain supply of tape stock
o Set up Data base of all behind the scenes you have taking over the last in the 10 years on and off with Lucasfilms Ltd.
