Tax Laws
If you can purchased 5 acres of land by hook or crook. Get a loan at a bank to build 5 homes. Just say it cost you including the land $200,000 to build each home. You sell 4 homes for $400,000 each and tell the goverment that each home cost $250,000 to build. You and your wife live in the last home. You take the profit from the sales and pay off the loan. You then purchase 5 new home sites and start building 5 new homes. You do not have to pay taxes yet because you put the money back into new homes. It takes you 2 years to do it. You do the same thing with these 5 new homes. The home you have lived in for the past 2 years you sell for $500,000 dollars. You just made that money and guess what because you lived in it for two years with your wife, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES on the $500,000 dollars. That is the law. If you are on retirement and take Social Security and say make $30,000 a year you have to pay taxes on it. Our government working for the common man.
