During Rally Time, this street is IMPASSABLE unless you is on a bike!
Remember the street shot of bikes on each side of the road and a double row parked in the middle from back then? Yep, this be one of those streets! And wide it is NOT! Normally NO PARKING is allowed when cars drive here . . .
