I was thinking of a Van Morrison - ? - I think - piece where he says that line, but he free-associates so much, he's like Robin Williams; not funny, just a great musician.
This is from a user in the "Anime - Otaku.com" community (you get your own web page, whoopee). I have figured out that Otaku is the source for the craze for wierd Japanese type cartoons/art (they call them "chibi characters").
(WHAT? I'm old and don't have kids, how should I know?)
