Unfortunately, I have been a bit slow in documenting the transformation of my neighborhood from old storefronts with character - like this wonderful Chinese restaurant marquis - to the plastic snap-together mass production corporate stores. Homogenization continues to set in until nowhere is unique and everywhere is the same. Ugh... |
