		titawheeler	hi there! love it! i can give you the steps to do a Cut Out. do you have photoshop?
		titawheeler	i have ps 7.0.. i don't know if they are similar or not. 1. select a tool to choose all points you want in color. i use Magic Wand Tool cause it works with colors. 2. with your left hand keep the Shift Button on and with your right hand use the mouse to select all points you want colorful. 3. when finished go to the Select button and pic INVERSE 4. get the HUGE and SATURATION and take the Saturation arrow all way to the left. then you will see the way your photo will be. if you like, save as.
