			Not creepy. Instructional. In San Francisco, theybuse dto pick up the drunks near where I worked at 5 pm - I asked the cops "What would happen?" One said "Oh, we just feed 'em, put 'em in the tank overnight and let 'em go. Then we pick 'em, up again tomorrow night. that way they don't die . . ."
