People like the fellow who shot the judge, or the other who shot the judge's mother and husband,the rapists etc. don't deserve freedom or rather we as peace loving citizens deserve protection from them..We need to prioritize...I've worked with inmates and feel very strongly that violent offenders cannot be rehabilitated. We incarcerate too many non violent offenders.
