		duncan	It would be lovely to live in an area like this. This is your superannuation and it will see you through once you decide to retire. When you get to sixty, your values change and and your health will as well, depending on whether you are still working or not. After you turn 50, every year you work for somenone else, reduces you life span by one year. The greatest killer is income.
