		tanddjohnson	re: the road slips were caused when the water was too low. during the flood a few weeks back a tug lost it's barges and they sunk at the dam causing the gates to be stuck up. the water got so low that it caused all kinds of damage on a 42 mile stretch of the Ohio river and the side streams. It took them 2 weeks to get them out and the water is back up now but the roads are still slipping. We only have one way in and out of our little town right now.
