		Misshomespun	Yes, Irvin Carder was the first school teacher. JD Sutton's (the town of Sutton was named after him)children and grandchildren went to this school. JD Sutton's daughters married Longs, Jacksons and Carders. His daughters were healers (wise women). Their brother, Victor, was also reportedly able to stop bleeding by laying of the hands.
