Oh yes Paul...Maine is in New England..we have a "fancy cabin" in Vermont in the wooded hills but wanted to be near the ocean for a week so we rented a cottage in Maine which is the most northeasterly state right below Canada. I teach in New Jersey which is next to New York..Above New York is Connecticut,,,above that is Rhode Island...above that is Vermont(next to NY) and New Hampshire...and finally Maine.
