K and Melys just got back from Vt. where they hung out with Lars and Becky, trapped a very fat and sassy mouse, aided a FedEx man to depart our property after he got stuck...and had the propane company come in to look at the leaky water heater...replacing it shortly with one of those indirect ones that has a coil from the boiler and acts as another Zone...does Ed know these and if so what does he think..I hear they're somewhat noisier...
