No, I dunno about that type of water heater, maybe Ed does, I'll ask him. Ours is conventional, very quiet too and HUUGE. We just had more water leaks too! (not the water heater) It will work off "The boiler"? You have a boiler? Wow, that's so east coast! LOL! I never knew what one was for years - we didn't have those in California! Sounds like K had quite an adventure! Ed is slowly coming along. It helped to hear from Keith's old friend Mark who had a similar problem. Still waiting re the doctor. He's off 'til end of the month which is galloping up and he's not ready for work yet; altho' he's much more energetic, he stills sleeps a lot. Have you seen the new section of the SF Bay Bridge? I have to put up a photo, found it by accident, didn't even KNOW about it 'til yesterday! (The eastern section was seismically unsafe because of the footing in the Oakland mudflats - when I left California they were trying to figger out what to do. SO I guess this is what they did! the

The new one is anchored off of YBI (Yerba Buena Island)

very colorful picture for a dreary Sunday morning. Have a great day.

The "photo" is a "rendering" - it's finished (awesome hoto shots of the constrution) but not connected to the toll plaza yet so the old cantilever bridge is still there

Who knows indeed . . . too crowded for me now, that's why I moved away back in 1995 to the gold country then here in 1998 . . . I just added the descriptive text of the bridge, it's a beaut!

LOL re boilers . . . we have oil filled radiators because our furnace's heat exchanger is cracked (like me!)- whatever THAT is - nice, but there is no comparison to a wood stove, NONE. (I want one, but getting wood out here is EXPENSIVE. . . may have to settle for a ***GASP*** gas fireplace/stove)

That ranch is in Pacifica, a lovely place, even if the houses are borrrrring - was an EZ commute to the City (five leetle towns on a narrow seven mile coastal strip that incorporated to beat expansion (sucessfully))

Morning Tom, ya we went to the Islands, had a blast

Hey Tom, It's Ed, the new boilers are very quite and more effeciant than the olders ones. and they heat the water just fine. I am mostly familiar with commercial ones, which are very nosey.
