All our vehicles have engine block heaters to save on battery deaths. Too cold here (usually) - never heard of such a thing in California, even Tahoe! Black n white truck threw a rod Ed is pretty sure (big hole in crankcase - Derrick was driving and doesn't know enough about cars to tell us what he heard before he lost all compression!), we haven't dared to try to start it. It will be mined for spare parts, God bless Ford and their "universal parts" years.
