		tanddjohnson	Lovely shot and words. Hello Diane. I am finally starting to wind down from the holidays. Just waiting to see what news of restructuring is going to happen this January. Something horrible always happens before Feb. when our fisical year starts. Last year about 6 full timers got let go. We only have 13 FT's left but I am sure they will figure out a way to do away with some of them.
