			Hot summers are not unusual here, but this summer has been a record breaker. Still it is not as bad as where you live. I can only have certain flowers that can take a lot of sun, and I use big containers because bending over to weed and such are not allowed for me! The winters are so cold that almost all of our flowers are annuals, meaning we buty new ones and plant them every year. Growing anything from seeds takes too long for our short "warm season"!
