			I have bad sleeping habits - I tend to wake up about 2 am then fall back asleep around 6 pr 7 am for a feew hours. The docs don't like it but I have been this way all of my life (therefore school and an "8-5" job was, er, well, you can imagine!) and there are no meds on can take lonmg term for this. i just live with it. being retired (reluctantly retired) helps.
