		celticvoice	Looks like here two days back, and very windy it was, too! Today it is ONLY 80 degrees, YAY! And for TWO WHOLE DAYS it ws only 67 degrees or so! During the DAY! :D
		celticvoice	I feel so bad for you with the slow uploads - it HAS to be your phone line or your ISP. We use AOL 9.0, the computer that is still on dialup and has a "V92" modem with a maximum port speed of 115,200 bits per second, and AOL recognizes it. If your laptop is fairly new, it may have a similarlt fast modem and your ISP may not have a fast enough server port for it.
		celticvoice	We are near a "city" but it's not THAT big of a city!!! You may want to check out other ISP providers if you have them where you are. (Note: counter-type people typically don't know much of this lingo! Talk to a manager.) For hi-speed (that's this PC) we are on our cable service.
