I love the brain waves! . . . I don't think he's guilty of what he is charged with, I think he is a disturbed and mixed-up person but not evil or wanything like that. The trial has consistently relied on people who have tried to sue or bilk him of money . . . those who know him say he almost was on the verge of a breakdown at the beginning of the trial. If I were on the jury, I would say "I see a very BIG reasonable doubt here . . . the boys' mother was incredibly awful . . .

.. she was arrested for shoplifting and retaliated with a sexual harrassment lawsuit which she won primarily based on evidence of boldily harm, which it turned out had been cause by her now-ex-husband! A very weird woman. Anyway, I think given his past and all, he needs treatment and maybe this trial will get him into it at last. The more I read, the sadder I get - 2-1/2 months of prosectuion w/o one shred of hard evidence!

Sometimes I wonder about too *much* reasoning . . . does reasoning to the exclusion of prayer and contemplation leave us prey to our own will without spiritual guidance? Maybe that's what your are saying here . . .
