		robrooklyn	C. this is a great building. is it empty. Would be a great place to live. Plus I love twine. I bought some in Finland that is covered with tar. Dont ask me why. It does smell wonderful and I do like a nice ball of string. It has a since of order about it, but can come undone at any moment. Did I really say all that????

		candyruth	Dear R, p.s. much as I love seeing this bldg. and all its wonderful shapes, I get chills thinking about going inside (have an odd fear of big vacant spaces) - seems to still be used a bit as there are funky little offices on the first floor, but most is empty
