		duncan	I told her I had written to the Coucil about the fact that they had to pay $13.75 a day in bus fares to the hospital. She said that explains why someone now takes them each day 6 days a week for $20 and also the second bus company now issues vouchers to people in this condition. I thought my letter had failed. Never underestimate a cry for help.
