		mdanforth	I'm wondering, too, about the taste -- and how it's prepared (not that I'll be finding any around here, but I'm always interested in food -lol)
		vandamonium	I've only eaten it once and that was with eggs. My mom diced it up and fried it with eggs so it really had no particular taste. You can make jelly out of it, fry it, do just about anything with it. It's high in fiber for one thing.
		tanddjohnson	I need all the fiber I can get but I think I'll get it elsewhere. haha. pretty plant though.
