ha ha, trina. Roger,I don't think any of that family ventured very far from home, except to go to war. My generation was the first to move away (and there are times I wish I hadn't - lol)

I saw your note on mdanforth and as I said that my wife's family came over in 1635. In 1851 Cornelia ann Sharp and her family left Missouri for the West Coast and she wrote a journal which is in the Oregon Historical Society(supposedly)..I've seen excerpts in a book on Pioneer Women. The Beans helped to found the U. of Oregon and U. of Washington..they were ministers,geologists,judges.....eventually engineers and now computer scientists....
